E-warehousing

E-warehousing is used for generic stock items held in Print Consultants warehouses on behalf of a client who has a site, or a network of branches or stores that use this stock on a daily basis. A branch/store will order via the web and this will be picked, packed and despatched via the CourierPost network to the client, anywhere in New Zealand.

E-warehousing has no geographical boundaries as it is operated via the internet, making remote and multi-branch access easily accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are no client IT infrastructure requirements and the system is hardware and software independent.

The e-warehousing online ordering catalogue and reporting solution has been operating for eleven years, and sets the standard in online procurement systems. It offers the following functionality:

  • Current orders (displays all current orders, as a list or individually)
  • Current stock status and comprehensive reporting, giving you increased control
  • Work in progress tracking – enables informed project planning
  • Historical data, usage by month enables accurate budgeting and reordering
